Everi Pty in Sydney is seeking a conveyancer or conveyancing paralegal with 4+ years' experience to own a private in-house practice within our Property/Conveyancing division. You will manage full conveyancing from pre-contract review to post-settlement, including off-the-plan residential projects, using PEXA.
You will prepare sale contracts, liaise with purchasers, their solicitors, banks and real estate agents to prepare all required correspondence and documents.
