Requirements
Proven experience in wear parts, crusher consumables, aftermarket products or related industrial solutions
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
Strong knowledge of the quarrying, mining, aggregates, crushing, screening or recycling industries
A track record of driving business growth, developing new opportunities and delivering commercial results
Experience managing product portfolios, pricing, margins, inventory and supplier relationships
Strong technical sales, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills,



with the ability to influence customers and internal teams
Regular travel throughout Australia and occasional international travel will be required
