Job Description
Wright Horizons Childcare Pty Ltd We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our growing early learning centre in Perth, Western Australia.
The successful applicant will play a key role in delivering high-quality educational programs that support children's learning, development and wellbeing in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), the National Quality Framework (NQF) and our unique programming structure focused on intentional learning through an anchor and explore approach.
This is a full-time ongoing position with opportunities for professional development and career progression.

There are opportunities to expand the level of responsibility and involvement witht the centre.
Task & responsibilities Plan, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate educational programs for children aged 0–5 years.
Promote children's learning, wellbeing and development in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Observe, assess and document children's learning and developmental progress.
Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and Education and Care Services National Regulations.
Maintain accurate records, learning documentation and individual learning plans.




Support and mentor educators to deliver quality educational outcomes.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Support and mentor educators across 0-5 years development ages.
Coordinate learning experiences throughout the year connected to learning goals, celebrated events and community engagement.
Plan, implement and reflect on programming structures and success across the centre.
Initiative change and improvements where needed.
Be a Responsible Person.
Available for open and closing shifts.
Qualification & experience Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or recognised equivalent qualification).
Eligible for or currently holding Teacher Registration in Western Australia.
Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
Current
First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Relevant Work experience of minimum 1 year or more Manadatory Child Protection Training Strong communication skills both verbally and written Eagerness to learn and continue to grow Leadership skills- strength, respect,
