About the Opportunity
As a Clinical Support Officer (CSO) – Palliative Care, you will provide essential administrative support, helping ensure smooth operations and supporting quality patient care.
As the CSO, you will:
Support rostering, payroll and workforce coordination
Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities
Manage data entry, reporting and records
Support patient-related administration and service processes
Coordinate meetings, and facilitate stock take
Work closely with the healthcare team to support daily operations

About You
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Experience in administration (healthcare desirable)
Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office
Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
