We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our Emergency Department, delivering high-quality administrative and customer service support in a fast-paced environment.
Robust communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.
The role is 24/7 rotating shifts - morning, afternoon and night shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Selection Criteria:
1. Demonstrated and proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
2. Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional and confidential attitude at all times.
3. Demonstrated advanced administrative and clerical skills including data accuracy.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a high acuity area.
6. Ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team.
7. Ability to work a 24 hour rotating roster
