In this role, you will work alongside Registered Nurses, Nurse Unit Managers, and the broader multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centred care within the Medical Assessment Unit.
You will assist with assessments, treatments, and patient monitoring, ensuring safe and timely care during the critical early stages of a patient's hospital stay.
Our Medical Assessment Unit is a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
You'll collaborate closely with doctors, allied health professionals, and support staff to streamline patient flow, improve outcomes, and deliver compassionate care to patients and their families.

Wollongong Hospital
is the Illawarra Shoalhaven's major referral and teaching hospital and has a bed-base count of more than 500.
The campus, which incorporates the Illawarra Regional Cancer Care Centre, provides a comprehensive range of inpatient, outpatient and community-based services.
