The Fresh Collective is seeking an experienced Front of House Functions & Events Manager to oversee front of house operations at our events in Sydney.
You will manage a range of events from weddings to corporate functions at iconic venues and offsite locations.Reporting to the Director of Event Operations, you will lead a team of waiters and bartenders, coordinate with logistics and culinary teams, and ensure seamless guest experiences across a 5-day-per-week rotating schedule.
