Key Responsibilities
Manage and confirm booking schedules for vehicle deliveries to and from the PDI Center.
Collaborate with transport providers, dealerships, and internal teams to align delivery timelines.
Maintain accurate documentation, including delivery notes, compliance records, and damage reports.




Track vehicle movements and update booking systems to provide real-time visibility.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and proactively manage urgent changes or delays.
Support operational efficiency by ensuring vehicles are processed and dispatched on time.
Regularly provide reports on booking status, delivery performance, and logistics KPIs.
Qualifications
Previous experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or automotive operations is preferred.
Familiarity with vehicle delivery processes and compliance requirements is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and logistics management systems.
Robust English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
You must be eligible to work in Australia.
