The successful candidate will be the go‐to expert for hiring managers, delivering strategic recruitment advice, education, and cutting-edge solutions.
End‐to‐end recruitment: source, screen, offer management, and onboarding.
Strategic advice & education: coach hiring managers on effective recruitment approaches and selection methodologies.
Market insights: maintain awareness of industry best practices, modern selection strategies, and current market influences to optimise hiring outcomes.
Safety & compliance: actively role‐model a positive safety culture; ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety Management Systems and fulfil all due diligence, compliance, and legislative obligations.

Internal recruitment expertise:



extensive proven experience managing internal recruitment processes within a large, multidisciplinary organisation.
Qualifications: Certificate IV in Human Resources (or a related discipline) or equivalent professional experience.
Safety leadership: demonstrated experience exercising due diligence and visible leadership in adhering to Health & Safety Management Systems and legislative compliance.
Communication skills: exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, educate, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
