About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team at Mini Masterminds Brighton‐Le‐Sands (51 places) on a full‐time basis, working Monday‐Friday.
This role offers flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact on children's learning and development.
Working closely with the Centre Director and Educational Leader, you will contribute to the planning and implementation of high‐quality educational programs that support children's learning, wellbeing, and development.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and meaningful educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)




Foster a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Contribute to documentation, observations and program planning
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
About You
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA‐approved equivalent (not Working Towards)
Current Paid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and child development principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for early childhood education
