The Bernardi Group is seeking a motivated Retail Manager to lead a busy store in the Central West region of Recent South Wales.
This full‐time role requires a highly organized, customer‐focused leader who can drive a vibrant store culture and deliver the highest standards of service.You will manage team performance, budgets and stock, maintain visual standards and promotions, and mentor up to 100 staff.
A Diploma (or equivalent) and 3+ years of supermarket management experience are preferred,
