Estia Health is seeking a qualified nurse to provide clinical care for residents in our aged care facilities across Victoria.
You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, and ensure accurate documentation in line with AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.
The role requires current AHPRA registration, nursing expertise in aged care, and the ability to lead Personal Care Workers while maintaining compassionate resident-focused care.
