You will provide IPS-based employment support to adults with enduring mental health conditions as part of a multidisciplinary team, helping clients achieve sustainable participation in competitive employment.
You will manage 20 active participants, build employer relationships, liaise with DES/Jobactive, and co-design individual Employment Plans.
