Montgomery Advisory is seeking a junior to mid-level M&A; lawyer to join their Corporate group in Sydney.
You will work on high-profile public and private deals and gain exposure to takeovers, schemes of arrangement, mergers and divestments under the guidance of Australia's leading corporate practitioners.
You should have 2–4 years' corporate law experience from a notable practice in Australia or another English-speaking jurisdiction and a solid knowledge of Chapter 6 of the Corporations Act.
