This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail sales qualified who thrives in a consultative environment and understands the importance of weekend trade in big-ticket retail.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of the showroom-guiding customers through their purchasing journey, understanding their needs, and helping them select furniture they'll love for years to come.

This role is weekend-focused and requires availability to work every Saturday and Sunday. Weekend trade is essential to success in this position, so flexibility here is non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a premium, consultative sales experience

- Build rapport and long-term relationships with customers

- Confidently sell high-value furniture and homewares

- Maintain immaculate showroom presentation

- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets

- Handle customer enquiries, orders, and follow-ups with care and professionalism

- Work collaboratively with the wider team to drive store success

What We're Looking For





- Proven experience in retail sales (furniture or big-ticket highly regarded)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- A polished, professional presentation

- Target-driven with a genuine passion for customer service

- Full availability to work every weekend (Saturday & Sunday)

- Reliability, commitment, and a strong work ethic
