Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Child and Family Health CNS2 to lead specialised perinatal and infant mental health care. Based at The Hills Community Health Centre, you will work across Merrylands, Auburn and other sites to deliver family-centred care.
You will provide expert clinical leadership, assess and coordinate care for women, infants and families facing psychosocial vulnerability, and mentor teams to improve care pathways and outcomes.
