Contract & Employment

Initial 6‑month contract through Marble, with transition to a permanent position on the client’s books after the probation period.

Responsibilities

- Work in the workshop servicing, preventive and scheduled maintenance, fault finding, diagnostics and major component change‑outs.
- Work in the field responding to underground breakdowns, fault finding and diagnostics.
- Maintain and repair a fleet of agi trucks, Sandvik cablebolters, spray rigs, IT’s and other mine‑specific light vehicles.
- Operate safely and independently in both workshop and underground environments.

Qualifications

- Trade qualification – Heavy Mechanical, Cert III.
- Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic,



mechanical and electrical fault finding & repair.
- Minimum 12 months underground hard‑rock mining experience (highly advantageous).
- Good attitude, willingness to work in an underground hard‑rock mine.
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s licence.
