What You’ll Be Doing
You will work with participants, supporting them with culturally safe and holistic services to help them overcome barriers and secure sustainable employment.
Additional Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
- Develop tailored plans for participants to create successful and culturally safe pathways for employment
- Empower participants by positively developing and enhancing their employability skills to find meaningful employment and provide support to employers
- Deliver a quality service whilst adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements

What You Will Need
- Current probationary or open Australian Driver’s Licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willing to complete a National Police check
- Willing to obtain a MyID (standard level)
- Ability to pass a Working with Children’s check
- Eligibility to work in Australia
