Role overview

As a key member of the hotel’s Senior Leadership Team, the Food and Beverage Services Manager oversees all aspects of dining, bar and event operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across daily restaurant service, functions, events and bar operations.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage daily F&B; operations including restaurant, bar,



room service and eventsManage all event enquiries from initial contact through to execution and follow-upCreate, promote and sell tailored event packages (corporate, weddings, private functions)Supervise, train and roster F&B; staff, fostering a positive, guest-focused team cultureMonitor revenue and costs, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and report on KPIsEnsure service delivery aligns with the hotel’s relaxed, refined, riverfront brand visionImplement seasonal updates to F&B; offerings in collaboration with the Head Chef

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a hospitality supervisory or managerial roleDemonstrated experience coordinating functions and eventsResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) — requiredCurrent RMLV or willing to obtain — requiredFamiliarity with RMS, POS systems (e.g. SwiftPOS) and Microsoft Office SuiteQLD Driver’s licence — required
