Audika Australia is seeking a Clinic Co-ordinator for our Ballarat hearing clinic, Monday to Friday 9-5, no weekends. You will oversee daily operations, greet clients, manage appointments, and provide basic hearing-device support in a team-oriented team with clinicians and technicians.
This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating front-desk activities, processing invoices, and ensuring eligibility checks.
