The Opportunity
This is more than a Boutique Manager role, it's an opportunity to combine your passion for premium fashion with an incredible lifestyle.
You'll lead the day-to-day operations of a well-established boutique renowned for its carefully curated collection of premium Australian fashion, resort wear, footwear, accessories and lifestyle products.
As Boutique Manager, you'll inspire your team, deliver personalised styling experiences, maintain exceptional visual standards and drive commercial success in a energetic seasonal retail environment.
Every day brings new customers from around the world, making this a rewarding role for someone who genuinely enjoys building connections and delivering memorable service.
About You
You'll be an experienced Boutique or Store Manager who thrives in premium fashion retail and leads by example.
You'll bring:
- Previous Store or Boutique Management experience within premium fashion, lifestyle or specialty retail
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling and exceptional customer service
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets
- Confidence managing a busy seasonal retail environment
- Excellent operational, stock management and visual merchandising skills
- A positive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach and develop your team
- Full Australian working rights, as this is a permanent position
