Salary: FTE: $80,000 – $130,000+ Super + Company Car+ PD budget up-to 3,000 per annum+ Quarterly Bonus+ EAP program + Travel Reimbursement + Visa assistance for the right candidate

Role Overview
Occupational therapist will work with NDIS participants of all ages, supporting them to develop functional skills, achieve personal goals, and participate confidently in home, school, and community life.
This role offers variety, including in-clinic sessions, home visits, and community-based therapy. You will have autonomy in your practice while receiving strong clinical supervision and support from our experienced multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive functional assessments, capacity evaluations, and goal setting with clients
- Develop and implement tailored, evidence-based therapy plans aligned with client goals
- Deliver OT interventions across multiple settings: clinic, home, and community
- Recommend and implement assistive technology, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals
- Prepare high-quality reports, NDIS documentation, progress notes, and case summaries
- Educate and empower clients and caregivers with practical strategies for daily life and participation
- Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and career development activities
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in occupational therapy
- Current AHPRA registration or eligibility to obtain AHPRA soon.
- Experience or strong interest in NDIS/disability services (new graduates welcome)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and report-writing abilities
- Genuine passion for supporting clients to achieve independence and wellbeing
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience with complex or mixed caseloads
- Knowledge of assistive technology and home modifications
- Previous NDIS experience and report writing
