Now we’re looking for passionate kitchen professionals who can handle the heat and bring the flavour.
- Preparing, seasoning and cooking food to spec
- Working the flat top to smash and build burgers perfectly
- Managing the grill for ribs and other menu items
- Following recipes and presentation standards
- Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards
- Recording food temperatures
- Storing and preserving food correctly
This is a hands-on, high-energy kitchen role where consistency and speed matter.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We want individuals who:
- Take pride in their craft

- Maintain high hygiene and presentation standards
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are reliable and flexible (7-day rotating roster, including late nights & weekends)
- Have 2+ years kitchen experience (preferred)
