Remuneration package valued at up to $156,253.00. Base salary ranges from $90,177.00 to $137,861.00, plus leave loading and employer's contribution to superannuation. Base salary rates above the minimum are available depending on experience.

Position Information
James Fallon High School is a comprehensive 7-12 high school of approximately 690 students in Albury. It caters to a very diverse enrolment, including approximately 27% Aboriginal students. The school receives equity funding to support students from low socio-economic backgrounds, Aboriginal and English Learning students, and for students requiring low level disability adjustments. The school offers a broad curriculum and a range of student wellbeing, leadership, academic and co-curricular initiatives.
The school is committed to Positive Behaviour for Learning.The school community looks forward to achieving the school's identified improvement measures in the 2025-2028 School Excellence Plan.
The school is a Big Picture school with an Academy of 87 students. The school has a large integrated support unit of 8 classes, known as the Diverse Learning Faculty across the school community. The school has a Deputy Principal Inclusion and Support.

Selection Criteria
- Approval to teach Visual Impairment (Primary) or Visual Impairment (Secondary).

Demonstrated collaborative communication, organisation and management skills to liaise with a range of school based and outside agency personnel.Knowledge of suitable access technologies, and support training with students, teachers, SLSOs and families in the use of specialised equipment and accessibility features built into operating systems of digital technologies.

Knowledge of and commitment to the Department of Education’s relevant disability policies, and policies
supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students for whom you manage vision support programs.
Conditions
An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
