The Head of Ministry and Service is a leadership role, responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Christian Education, Ministry and Service, with oversight and collaborative input across P–12. Grounded in the Christian ethos of the College and inspired by a culture of excellence, this role leads and nurtures the spiritual, pastoral and service dimensions of the school community fostering a culture of compassion, justice and faith-informed action.
This role integrates ministry leadership, service learning, staff development and wellbeing to support the holistic formation of students and staff.
This position includes a six-month probationary period.
