Torrens Early Learning Centre is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead our preschool room (3–5 years). We're a well established small Canberra-owned and operated company, with a Reggio Emilia-inspired philosophy, with a long-tenured team and a robust professional learning culture.

The role

You'll design and lead the preschool program, mentor a team of educators and build genuine partnerships with families. Day to day, that means observing and documenting children's learning, planning responsively, guiding your team's practice, and ensuring the room runs smoothly against the EYLF and NQS.

What you'll bring
Bachelor's or Master's in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-recognised)
Minimum 3 years' experience, ideally in a lead or senior role
Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People Check, First Aid and CPR
Robust working knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team
Full Australian work rights
