Family Centered Support Services is seeking Casual Team Members in Southern Downs Regional, Queensland, to support children in Residential Out‑of‑Home Care. Responsibilities include engaging with children, developing life skills, and providing hands-on support.

This role offers a market-market-market-competitive salary between $70,000 and $100,000 per annum, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career advancement.

Applicants must have a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention and a current Driver's Licence. Shift work is required.
