Senior ServiceNow Consultant – design and delivery of complex, highly bespoke ServiceNow modules for a large Government agency. Based in Sydney CBD with a hybrid working model (50% from home).
NV1 eligibility mandatory. Australian citizens only. 6‑month contract, possibility to extend. Up to $1,300/day.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture and design of ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITAM, SAM and CMDB.
Build and optimise CMDB – data models, ingestion, reconciliation, governance.
Integrate with other systems (e.g., CRM).
Design and implement customised solutions using advanced scripting.
Support testing: system, user and security.
Support release cycles and ensure high‑quality, scalable builds.
Provide SME advice and resolve design and delivery challenges.
Deliver comprehensive documentation, training and knowledge transfer.
Required Qualifications
Australian citizen NV1 Security cleared or eligible for NV1 clearance.
Approximately 5 years experience with the ServiceNow platform and scripting.
Proven experience building bespoke ServiceNow solutions in complex and large settings.
Experience implementing non‑standard modifications and intricate workflows.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
ServiceNow certifications highly regarded.
Preferred Qualifications
Availability to start quickly and prior experience with ServiceNow customised solutions.
