What You'll Do at Pega
Work with the account team to create and execute sales visions for mission‑critical systems at Tier 1 banks and financial services organizations.
Understand and articulate business problems from key customer stakeholders and translate them into powerful, impactful visions of what could be.
Lead the development of demonstrations aimed at solving critical, complex problems so that our customers become the hero.
Build meaningful technical relationships with customers to become trusted advisors and enable them to champion Pega’s value.

What You've Accomplished
Proven enterprise technical sales experience in financial services, ideally 5 to 10 years in this space.
Prior Pega experience is a big bonus, but not required; we provide robust academy training.
Deep experience working in the banking and financial services domain.
Australian citizen or permanent resident based in Sydney.
