We are partnering with a market-leading agricultural infrastructure business, backed by a Global Private Equity firm, to appoint a Corporate Development Manager based in Sydney.

Operating in the essential real assets space with a strong pipeline of greenfield development and acquisition opportunities, this platform is executing an ambitious national growth strategy. The business runs a lean, high-impact corporate team, meaning this role carries genuine ownership from day one rather than sitting three layers deep in a large function.

In this role, you will work directly with the CFO and senior leadership, with regular exposure to the sponsor's investment professionals, across M&A;, greenfield development, and financing initiatives. You will build and own the financial models underpinning investment decisions, lead commercial and risk assessment of current opportunities, support transaction execution through due diligence, valuation,



and structuring, and contribute to debt raising and lender engagement. You will also prepare Board and shareholder materials, giving you visibility at the highest levels of the business and its investor. This is an ideal move for a banking or advisory skilled seeking a principal-side seat with greater ownership, breadth, and long-term impact.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in investment banking, infrastructure or energy advisory, or a related field, with solid financial modelling and valuation skills and exposure to M&A; or project finance processes. You will be commercially sharp, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independently in a lean team, with the communication skills to engage credibly with senior stakeholders. An interest in infrastructure, agriculture, or real assets is advantageous.
