Qualifications
Minimum 5 years PQE with proven M&A; experience, ideally gained at a leading firm, along with excellent technical and drafting skills.
A commercial mindset with the ability to provide strategic advice, strong team orientation, and a drive to mentor junior colleagues while building long-term client relationships.
Demonstrated complex M&A; and corporate advisory experience across the full business life cycle.
