Hospitality Training Network (HTN) is seeking an eager and dedicated Apprentice Chef to join the Royal Randwick Racecourse. You will receive a nationally recognised Certificate III in Commercial Cookery while earning a full‑time wage.

Location
Randwick, 2031 – Royal Randwick Racecourse, part of the Australian Turf Club venues.
What’s Involved
Assist in the preparation, cooking and serving of dishes.
Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, choppers, fryers and steamers under supervision.
Learn different knife and cooking techniques.
Clean,
maintain and store kitchen equipment.
Opportunity to work in various kitchen styles and cuisines.
Qualifications & Requirements
Australian Citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency, or Recent Zealand Passport holder residing in Australia for more than six months.
Passion for food and eagerness to learn.
Positive communication skills and initiative.
