An exciting chance has become available for an experienced Oncology Business Manager to join a growing pharmaceutical organisation at a pivotal stage of its expansion.
This is more than a territory sales role. You'll play a key part in launching innovative oncology therapies, partnering closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing and Market Access while building long‑term relationships with Australia's leading oncology centres.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales performance across a specialist oncology portfolio
Build trusted relationships with oncologists, oncology nurses and key hospital stakeholders
Execute product launch plans and identify opportunities for market growth
Support formulary access and hospital listings
Deliver high-quality scientific and product education
Work closely with Medical, Marketing and Market Access to execute commercial strategy
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform business decisions
About You
Minimum 3 years' pharmaceutical sales experience within oncology
Strong track record managing specialist hospital accounts
Experience launching new products is highly regarded
Excellent relationship‑building and influencing skills
Commercially astute with a proactive and self‑driven approach
Willingness to travel as required
