The Role will Involve

You will work closely with customers to identify,



source and supply the right parts and solutions while building solid relationships and delivering outstanding service.
Processing customer enquiries, orders and quotations
Interpreting parts requirements using your product and mechanical knowledge
Providing accurate technical advice and practical solutions
Managing warranty enquiries, credits and general sales administration
Assisting with stock control, receipting and occasional warehouse support
Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery

The Ideal Applicant
Experience as a Parts Interpreter, Mechanical or Automotive Technician background
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confidence using computer systems and learning recent product platforms
A proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team
