We're looking for a Psychologist or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker to join our team at Deep Speak.

One thing we'd like to clarify is the advertised rate of $106–$152 per hour + super.

This is based on our contractor percentage split, so the amount you receive per client hour varies depending on the referral stream. Every hour of your clinical work is worth between $106 and $152, plus super.

We've intentionally structured the role so you're spending your time where it matters most: with clients. We provide the referrals, administration, systems, software, rooms and support, keeping your admin to an absolute minimum. That means you're paid for almost all of the time you work, rather than spending unpaid hours chasing referrals or completing paperwork.
