Own the end-to-end weekly payroll
Process time and attendance data through a modern integrated system
Manage employee records,



onboarding data and any payroll changes
Be the first point of contact for internal payroll queries – with backup always close by
Support month-end reporting: payroll tax, superannuation and leave liability
Apply and interpret the current EBA's to keep everything compliant and accurate

What You'll Bring
At least 3 years' payroll experience in a hands‑on, end-to-end role – any knowledge gaps, however, they will teach and train you up on
Strong attention to detail and confidence working to tight weekly deadlines
Explicit, qualified communication – with payroll teams, managers and employees alike
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn – the technical knowledge can be taught
