Responsibilities





As a Restaurant Manager you will:
Lead and manage the team, ensuring outstanding customer service and efficient day‑to‑day operations.
Serve as the point of contact for client and guest relations.
Maintain financial and business acumen, ensuring profitability and KPI achievement.
Oversee staffing, scheduling and roster flexibility.
Motivate the team to exceed performance targets.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience managing in a busy restaurant.
Robust leadership skills to work in a small team.
Excellent customer service skills.
Passionate and knowledgeable about wines and food.
Outgoing, talkative, confident, and energetic in communication.
Sound financial and business acumen.
Ability to work under pressure.
Flexibility with rostering.
Gregarious outgoing personality with a touch of sophistication.
