Grand Pacific Health is seeking a Youth Counsellor to provide early intervention counselling and support for young people aged 12-25 who may be at risk of developing mental health or substance use issues. The role supports triage and referrals to headspace Tuggeranong and coordinates transitions to appropriate services.
The fixed-term, part time position (22.5-30 hours/week) runs until 30 June 2027 with possible extension subject to funding. Applications close 7 August 2026.
