The Autism Association of Western Australia seeks an experienced Youth Residential Support Worker to provide secure, nurturing care in a 24/7 residential setting across the Perth metro area. The role supports daily routines, education, and community connections for young people with autism and trauma histories.

You will work 2.5‑day shifts over a three‑week roster, including overnights, with nine days off at the end of the cycle.
