Key Duties:
- Receive and respond to inbound calls from impacted residents.
- Provide clear information and referrals to government and non‑government agencies.
- Follow Team Leader guidance on referral pathways and escalation.
- Maintain accurate call notes and records.
- Uphold a supportive, trauma‑informed approach in all interactions.
