What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the Way: Heading design discussions and workshops with enterprise customers to map out complex payroll requirements.
- End-to-End Delivery: Designing,
configuring, deploying, and supporting cutting-edge cloud payroll solutions.
- Quality & Governance: Ensuring top-tier project deliverables while aligning with best practices and governance.
- Mentorship: Supporting and mentoring team members to help them succeed in client deliveries.
What we’re looking for:
- The Essentials: 5+ years of hands-on configuration experience delivering SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll implementations.
- Technical Depth: Deep understanding of SAP ECP/ECC configuration (specifically Payroll Rules and Schemas).
- Local Expertise: Solid grasp of Australian Legislative Payroll Requirements (STP, complex terminations, Superannuation, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Background: A tertiary qualification in a relevant field and full legal working rights in Australia.
- Configuration experience with Concurrent Employment or Time Evaluation.
- An official SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification.
- Broader knowledge across the SAP SuccessFactors landscape and roadmap.
