The Role

A rare opportunity has become available to work alongside one of our established agency partners, Corina Nesci, and a highly experienced senior agent in our Bowral office. We are seeking a driven and confident Sales Assistant with outstanding communication skills, strong initiative, and the ability to work both autonomously and within a team, providing key support across sales, and client engagement.

Duties include, but are not limited to

Buyer communication and follow-up across stock and database enquiriesIn-house CRM system management and data integrityAssisting with open homes, listing presentations and auctionsClient callbacks,



buyer feedback and written reportsAd hoc sales administration duties when requiredMeeting daily and weekly prospecting and activity targetsAttending weekly sales training, sales meetings and company eventsSystems/platforms including Agent box, RP Data, RateMyAgent, RealHub, REA.com, Domain, Smart Sheets, social media platforms, Shire Maps
