Convil Group is seeking a motivated Undergraduate or Graduate Civil Engineer to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Civil Engineering graduate or a final year Civil Engineering student to gain valuable hands on experience while working alongside experienced Project Managers, Project Engineers and Site Managers on a diverse range of civil construction projects across Sydney.

This is a full time position with genuine long term career opportunities. Flexible working arrangements may be considered for exceptional final year Civil Engineering students completing their studies.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the delivery of civil construction projects.
- Support Project Engineers and Site Managers with daily site operations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site activities.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.




- Prepare site reports, RFIs and project documentation.
- Assist with procurement and quantity take offs.
- Monitor quality, safety and environmental compliance.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.

About You

We welcome applications from candidates who are:

A recent Bachelor of Civil Engineering graduate.

Currently completing the final (4th) year of a Bachelor of Civil Engineering.

An exceptional 3rd year Civil Engineering student with strong academic performance and a genuine interest in civil construction.

You will also have

Solid communication and organisational skills.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

A current Australian Driver Licence.

Full Australian working rights.

Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 12d, Bluebeam or Microsoft Project will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
