This is an opportunity to join an established real estate team as a Part-Time Sales & Marketing Assistant, managing these key functions alongside an experienced Sales Administrator and becoming an integral part of the team's success.

While this role is initially designed around a part-time structure, there is genuine opportunity to grow with the business.
As your skills develop and you discover where your strengths and interests lie, there is potential to expand into a full-time position or take on greater responsibility across additional areas of the business, including office management functions and specialised support areas.

Your role...




Supporting the sales department, you'll play an important role in keeping campaigns organised, clients informed and the team's marketing activity moving.

Sales Administration & Campaign Support
Your responsibilities will include:
· Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration and campaign requirements
· Preparing and managing sales documentation and maintaining accurate records
· Assisting with buyer and vendor communication throughout the sales process
· Arranging and managing third-party property inspections throughout the sales campaign, including Building & Pest inspections, valuations, pre-settlement inspections and other property-related appointments
· Managing deadlines, follow-ups and ensuring campaigns progress smoothly
· Supporting general office and team administration as required

Marketing & Content Creation
You'll also be responsible for supporting the team's marketing activity, including:
· Creating social media content alongside the sales and business development teams
· Capturing B-roll content of properties, campaigns, team activity and local market updates for social media
· Preparing property marketing materials including flyers,



brochures and campaign collateral through Canva
· Assisting with website updates and content management through WordPress
· Supporting the team's digital presence through consistent, engaging and qualified content

What will get you considered...
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys being the person who helps keep everything moving.
You'll ideally have:
· Previous experience in real estate administration, sales support and/or marketing
· Current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration (preferred), or willingness to obtain
· Strong organisation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
· Professional presentation and a high standard of conduct in all interactions, both internally and externally
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Confidence using Canva and social media platforms
· Comfortable navigating website platforms such as WordPress (training available)
· A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
· Ability to work independently while also being part of a wider team
· Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
