About The Role
As a Sourcer, you will support recruiting teams by managing the top‑of‑funnel candidate pipeline, engaging qualified candidates across business functions, and serving as a market insights expert.
Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with business leaders across Sales, Strategy & Ops, and Corporate Functions.
- Work with recruiters and hiring managers to develop creative strategies for engaging qualified candidates through resume screening, outbound sourcing, networking, and referrals.
- Influence hiring decisions at each stage of the recruiting process.
- Use data, industry trends, and your knowledge to create creative sourcing strategies and iterate on interview processes.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of sourcing experience.
- Mastered pipeline management using ATS, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Skill at sourcing unique roles and finding hidden talent.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Metrics‑driven; able to leverage data to guide decisions.
