Administration Officer – Building and Plumbing Be the friendly first point of contact for our Building & Plumbing team and help keep essential services running smoothly. In this varied role, you’ll support customers, coordinate important administrative processes, and play a key part in delivering quality services to our community. What you’ll be doing - Provide professional administrative support to the Building & Plumbing team, ensuring enquiries and requests are managed accurately and efficiently.

- Assist customers by providing information, responding to enquiries and connecting them with the right people.
- Prepare and process permits, certificates, correspondence, invoices and other documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and information across Council’s systems and databases.
- Coordinate meetings, assist with reports and support projects and day-to-day team operations.
- Contribute to improving administrative processes and finding better ways of working. What you’ll bring - Experience in an administrative role with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing information and documentation.
- Initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- A team-oriented approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.




- National police check certificate dated within 6 months and provided prior to commencement. Why you’ll love working with us - Base salary between $80,872.81 and $93,433.58 (depending on skills and experience) + 13.5% superannuation
