F&B; Focused Assistant Manager - Crossroads Hotel At Crossroads Hotel, we’re looking for a hands‑on Assistant Manager who lives and breathes food & beverage—someone who can lead from the floor, elevate service standards, and drive sensational dining and beverage experiences in a fast‑paced, high‑volume venue. Key Responsibilities - Manage daily operations across bar, gaming, and TAB sections, ensuring all areas are running smoothly.

- Supervise and support staff, providing guidance to uphold exceptional customer service standards.
- Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures, including cash control and compliance.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Flexibility to work across varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Rotating rosters offer an opportunity to develop expertise in all aspects of hotel management.
- Preferred food & beverage experience in a supervisory role.

Will - Essential requirements for this position are Current RSA, RCG & ARCG Competency Cards.

- Be a motivational leader who encourages and develops the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience each time.
- Ideally a minimum of 1‑2 years of management experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of managing day‑to‑day operations of a venue with complex trade.
- Hands‑on approach in your leadership and management.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent people skills.
- A passion for the hospitality industry with the desire to progress within the company. This role requires completion of a National Police Check as part of our employee due diligence process.
