Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring that guest rooms, common areas, and facilities are clean, well-presented, and maintained to the highest standard, contributing to a warm and welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities Make beds with fresh linen and ensure all bedding is neat and presentable

Replenish amenities such as toiletries, tissues, tea/coffee supplies, water, and minibar items as required

Sanitize high-touch surfaces (e.g. remote controls, light switches, door handles) in line with hygiene protocols

Clean windows, mirrors, doors, and glass surfaces as needed

Greet guests courteously when encountered in public areas and respond promptly to guest requests (e.g. extra towels, pillows, amenities) and communicate requests to the front desk if needed

Report any maintenance issues,



damages, or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor

Properly use and store cleaning products and equipment in designated storage areas

Ensure equipment is maintained in good working condition and report faults immediately

Adhere to health and safety protocols, including chemical handling procedures

Maintain a secure working environment for yourself, guests, and colleagues Requirements Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred

Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
