Clinical Care Manager - Residential Aged Care - Brisbane Northside

What's On Offer:

- Up to $124,000 + super + salary packaging
- Permanent full-time Monday to Friday role (8:30am – 4:30pm)

Main Duties:

- Provide clinical leadership across the residential aged care service.
- Lead, mentor and support Registered Nurses and care teams.
- Oversee clinical assessments, care planning and documentation.
- Drive high standards of clinical governance and resident outcomes.
- Support AN-ACC optimisation and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Build positive relationships with residents,



families and the multidisciplinary team.

Essentials:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience within residential aged care.
- Experience leading, mentoring or coordinating clinical teams.
- Sound knowledge of clinical governance, care planning and aged care compliance.
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
- Previous Care Manager experience is welcomed but not essential.
