Ozcare has a full-time position available for a Clinical Nurse supporting our clients at our beautiful Port Douglas Aged Care Facility.Your RoleOur team requires a Clinical Nurse who understands and drives person centered care. Working with the Clinical Care Manager you will be assisting in setting clinical standards that reflects best practice, assist clinical and direct care employees to improve skills and knowledge through leadership and direction.The person we are looking for should have advanced nursing skills in order to provide the supervision required. We are looking for someone who has a variety of specialist skills and passion for identified areas:Continence managementWound careMedication managementComplete AN-ACC documentation and comprehensive assessmentsAbility to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary teamProvide support and direction / delegation of duties to Registered Nurses and non-registered nursing personnelYour AttributesWe're looking for a person who has what it takes to make a difference in our client's lives.
